The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution guarantees that anyone born or naturalized in the United States is to be considered a citizen thereof. The claim that there is no such thing as birthright citizenship means exactly that there are no true citizens in the nation. And if that’s the case, then everyone can be a potential target for deportation.
